All of the data we collect and sell is public data, so we are not able to claim ownership over the data any more than the companies that the data represents could claim. Therefore, we do not have a specific license associated with the data or any limitations on its use.

We do not mind clients integrating AggData into their own applications, even when they are customer facing. In fact, we encourage the use of our data in diverse and interesting ways. However, we do take issue when our data is simply resold in its current format or with very little modification, so as to redirect our potential business and customer base elsewhere. We do not currently have an affiliate program, but we do have mutually beneficial relationships with several companies and are always interested in new partnerships and opportunities.
