A&G Real Estate Partners announced plans to market 296 Big Lots store leases for sale across the U.S. See the map below for these locations. In the coming weeks, the Company will seek Court approval to commence a sale process for 152 additional store leases. Additionally, the Court issued an order authorizing the Debtors to proceed with store closings at 344 locations. Prior to filing bankruptcy, Big Lots operated 1,388 stores in 48 states. 

Publix executed a lease for a new 55,000 square-foot store in Elizabethtown, KY, which will be the 12th location in the state. There will be an adjacent 3,300 square-foot Publix Liquors store. Kentucky is the eight state for Publix. The opening date is TBD. Publix recently signed a lease for a new store in Owensboro, KY, and other planned locations include Louisville, Lexington, and Walton. The below map shows future Kentucky openings in black as well as one existing Publix in the state.

Dunham's Sports has announced the grand opening of its Havre, MT store on September 13. This is the first Dunham's Sports in the state of Montana. Over the last eight years, Dunham's has grown its store base from 232 in 2017 to 256 currently, as shown in the below chart. The following map shows Dunham's store locations. 

BurgerFi International filed a voluntary Chapter 11 petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Management previously noted concerns over its liquidity position, and it forecast weak operating results and cash flows. Prior to the filing, the Company said it may consider “strategic alternatives, which could include additional financing, a sale of all or some of its assets, or other means of managing its cash flow.”

The Company operates approximately 100 locations, of which 50% are in Florida. It also owns the Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza chain, which operates about 60 locations.
